Cheese whey: composition, processing and utilization in feeding
Abstract
This literature review has the purpose to show the cheese whey composition, processing methods and possibilities of utilization in animal and human feeding. The cheese whey shows excellent chemical, functional and nutritional characteristics, with several use possibilities is human and animal feeding.
