MASTERS IN ARCHITECTURE AND URBANISM
The course at the master level has a minimum duration of 12 months and extends to a maximum of 24 months, during this period the PPU requires the integralization of at least 64 credits. Each theoretical credit corresponds to 15 class hours as stipulated in the Internal Regulations, so the course has a total workload of 960 hours.
In the master’s degree, credits are distributed as follows:
- 06 credits in mandatory disciplines
- 18 credits in elective disciplines and scheduled activities
- 40 credits related to the development, presentation and defense of the dissertation.
DOCTORATE IN ARCHITECTURE AND URBANISM
The course at the doctoral level has a minimum duration of 24 months and extends to a maximum of 48 months, during this period the PPU will require the payment of at least 260 credits. Each theoretical credit corresponds to 15 class hours as stipulated in the Internal Regulations, so the course has a total workload of 3900 hours.
In the doctorate’s degree, credits are distributed as follows:
- 14 credits in mandatory disciplines
- 06 credits in elective disciplines
- 40 credits in mandatory research activities
- 200 credits related to the development presentation and defense of the thesis.
