Peer Review Process
Papers should be submitted to the appreciation of members of the Editorial board, in agreement with the area and the specialization of the member. The manuscripts can be submitted for evaluation without the author identification at the request of the authors. The process of selecting manuscripts for publication involves the evaluation of members of the Editorial board, members of the Commission Editorial, and specialists "ad hoc" opinions. The manuscripts will be appraised by at least two referees.

This journal offers immediate free access to its content, following the principle of making scientific knowledge freely available to the public and providing greater global democratization of knowledge.
We emphasize that the journal has no costs for either the authors or the readers.
Archiving
