Produtividade e mensuração de rendimento acadêmico

Abstract


Emphasis is given on need to identify and measure the competently trained university graduate. It is suggested that the university can provide quality to its graduates by devising means to improve its entrance examinations and its techniques for educational measurement. Critiques of some educational measurement techniques currently employed in some Brazilian universities are made. A technique which takes into consideration individual and test variabilities is proposed.
