Abstract
The clinical, laboratorial and postmortem findings of a tracheal collapse in a miniature pony referred to the Veterinary Hospital – FMVZ–Unesp – Botucatu are described. The animal presented a noisy breathing, dyspnea, chronic cough and exercise intolerance. Endoscopic evaluation showed irregularity of tracheal lumen, with a confirmation of dorso-ventral flattening of trachea in the necropsy.
