| In this year of 2012, the REVISTA ELETRÔNICA DO DIREITO PÚBLICO (Eletronic Periodical of Public Law), coordinated by the Mastering in Direito Negocial and the Public Law Departament of Universidade Estadual de Londrina, which has as mission to disseminate the academic research, release to public knowledge that its collecting articles for publishing in volume 7. The Electronic Periodic is linked worldwide, and its available in several university catalogues around the planet, its EISSN is 1980-511X. It is classified as Qualis B5 (Brazil), maintaining however, since 2010, the standards set by CAPES to ascend to Qualis B2. The articles must be in conformity to the periodic norms and are submitted to appreciation by the Editorial Team, as the evaluation process follows the double blind peer-review, which will assent or reject the article, or even to condition the publishing to required corrections. The “Revista Eletrônica do Direito Público” collects articles developed in the following areas: 1)Public Law; 2) Research Lines: 2.1. RELAÇÕES NEGOCIAIS NO DIREITO PRIVADO (desde que relacionado com algum tema ou repercussão abrangidas no estudo do Direito Público); 2.2 ACESSO À JUSTIÇA: SOLUÇÃO DE CONFLITOS ATINENTES A NEGÓCIOS JURÍDICOS PÚBLICOS E PRIVADOS ENVOLVENDO INTERESSES INDIVIDUAIS E TRANSINDIVIDUAIS ; 2.3 ESTADO CONTEMPORÂNEO: RELAÇÕES EMPRESARIAIS E RELAÇÕES INTERNACIONAIS. The Periodic receive the articles continuously, although, as there are 3 editions per Volume (april, august, december), the papers will be evaluated following this calendar and dates: 1)April edition: papers in the system until February 15th de 2012; 2) August edition: papers in the system until april 15th de 2012; 3) December edition: papers in the system until august 15th 2012.
