SPECIAL STUDENT ADMISSION MODALITIES IN UEL COURSES/PROGRAMS
1. GRADUATE STUDENT
The admission is made through a Selection Process that takes place twice a year , according to the UEL calendar and specific selection criteria for each course.
2. ENROLLED IN UEL STRICTO SENSU COURSE(S)
Students regularly enrolled in the UEL Program (Master’s or PhD) may apply for disciplines being offered by the Course/Program of interest through the link Include Disciplines in the Students’ Portal. Inclusion period starts with the school year calendar for all UEL (Stricto Sensu Calendar).
3. ENROLLED IN A STRICTO SENSU PROGRAM FROM OTHER HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION
The general regulation for Stricto Sensu courses at Londrina State University, provides, in its art. 27, on the admission of students regularly enrolled in Courses /Programs from other Higher Education Institutions, according to the following:
Students enrolled in Stricto Sensu Graduate courses from other Institutions duly recognized by CAPES are allowed to enroll in disciplines offered by the Londrina State University, as special students, at any moment during the school year, provided they have been authorized by the teacher responsible for the discipline and by the Program Coordinator and submitted the following documents:
I. General Application Form provided by PROPPG (Office of the Dean for Research and Graduate Studies).
II. Registration proof from the institution of origin;
III. Letter from the advisor recommending the discipline;
Such documents, attached to the General Application, must be registered at SAUEL, UEL’s Process Filing Sector, before starting to attend the discipline.
The application then is sent to the Course Coordination/Program for analysis. If denied, the applicant will be instructed to register with the submission of the following documents:
1. RG, CPF, Birth or Marriage Certificate, Military Service Status Certificate;
2. A certified copy of the University Diploma or equivalent. In case the diploma was issued by UEL, the need for certification is waived; in case the applicant does not have the diploma, he/she can submit, provisionally, an equivalent document (Conclusion certificate or declaration) as well a copy of the School Transcript being the submission of the diploma mandatory before the conclusion of the discipline, in case the candidate was approved in the process.
