Overview

MsC in Microbiology program of the State University of Londrina (UEL) (Master degree recognized in 1989 and doctorate in 2002), with headquarters in the Microbiology Department, aims to train and qualify teachers/researchers in the field to contribute to the development and continuation of both teaching and research on science, technology and innovation. The program has 17 professors/ researchers from the Departments of Microbiology/UEL and Pathology Sciences/UEL, Department of Basic Health Sciences/EMU and EMBRAPA/ Soy. Currently, there are twenty seats available for admission to the Masters Program and eight seats for the Doctorate.

Selection Process

The selection process is done through the Program Coordinating Committee, which is determined/conducted through the following: For the Masters level it will consist of proof of knowledge in Microbiology and documented curriculum vitae analysis, other criteria that may be required by said Commission at future points and added to the selection process.
